Following the success of UPdate 2005 at Berlin’s Palais am Festungsgraben, the photography convention took place at the historic Kronprinzenpalais, Berlin in 2006, followed by the Gleisdreieeck, Berlin in 2007. 2008 marked both UPdate’s fourth anniversary, as well as its first year at BerlinMesse.
In April 2009 the UPdate was held at Kino International, with an after work PARTY in Berlin.
